Zuehls, Legaspi & Company (ZLCo) is staffed by a team of experienced and qualified independent certified public accountants, and consultants licensed in the State of California. Our qualified team of specialists is comprised predominately of professionals from the “Big 4” accounting firms and various nonprofits whose focus is educational, governmental, quasigovernmental and nonprofit organizations. ZLCo is both (1) a certified Minority-Owned business (a California Corporation) and (2) a Woman-Owned business – which was originally formed in 2002 by two principals from the “Big 4” Accounting Firms.

Dale S Zuehls

CPA, JD, PhD, CFF, ABV, CGMA, ACFE

has practiced for over 35 years, has taught at several Southern California Universities, and held various leadership positions within the Big 4 accounting environment. He also led KPMG’s exempt organization tax practice for the Western United States. Dale received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law (Los Angeles, CA); Bachelor of Science, Accounting in California State University (Los Angeles, CA).

Susan R Legaspi

CPA, CFF, CGMA, ACFE

possesses over two decades of accounting, auditing and tax consulting experience in the exempt organizations environment. She worked with two of the Big 4 accounting firms (KPMG LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP) as a manager in their Exempt Organizations Group, overseeing and managing the west region compliance center. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Regents College, New York. Susan was CalCPA’s 2011 Trailblazer Award winner. Click here to see the article.
